I had a wonderful stay at Beauty. the bathroom was spacious and the shower worked perfectly. the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. the location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the main road. I loved the fact that they cooked up eggs for breakfast. the beds in the air-conditioned rooms were very comfortable. the staff at the reception was friendly and provided helpful information. I had a great experience and slept well.
No negatives from this place. 😊.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Clean rooms
A little bit noisy in the morning. The upstairs rooms are great. The rooms on the ground are small and little luminous.

Hidden Gem in Tulum
We stayed in a spacious family room with a kitchenette and enjoyed the location within walking distance of restaurants and a short ride to the beach. The property felt safe and secure. The hotel even provided bicycles for rent. our stay was pleasant and the hotel met our expectations. Although there were some minor drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Very little, actually only the fact that we could walk around town.
This was more of a hostel or what appeared to be an old boarding house. It was way over priced, the toilet didn't flush, the beds were terrible and it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water. There were a few towels left on the table because there was no place in the bathroom to hang them. No soap or shampoo, we ran out of toilet paper and there was no one there to get it from. The place did not accept credit cards for payment or deposit so I should have known but we were traveling as a family of five and were desperate to secure a place for the night. So I do NOT recommend this place but was happy to have somewhere that we could sleep for the night although $170 for the night was highway robbery!

The owner is really helpful, there's someone watching after the hotel 24h/day
The wifi signal could be stronger on the top floor, we had to go out of the room to have decent connection

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location was ideal, close to tons of restaurants and bars. Bike rentals were affordable and convenient. The staff was accommodating with payment options. The omelette was the best my son has ever had. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the shower was hot. The wifi worked great. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was within walking distance to lively restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back!

The hotel was in a great location, a stone’s throw away from many restaurants and bars. It was a short bike ride down to the beach, which was a plus for us. the room was spacious and clean, with beds that were comfortable to sleep in.
The shower was not as warm as we would have liked, which was a letdown.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access shops, entertainment, and transport services. The room was clean and had a small pentry with a fridge and stove, which was a plus for our family of five. The free Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast, and we didn't need to pay extra for internet access, something that is not so common in hotels.
The walls of the room were thin, and we could hear our noisy neighbors from next door. We also got some unpleasant smells in the room when we were using the shower, which was not so pleasant.
